Join the Asset Integrity Team as a Pipeline Geohazard Specialist in Calgary with Canadian Natural. This role is critical to ensuring pipeline safety through comprehensive geohazard assessments and strategies.
Your primary duties will include maintaining the Pipeline Geohazard Management Program, where you’ll assess risks and develop site-specific plans. Collaborating with various teams, you'll prioritize geohazard projects, reviewing critical data to support operational integrity.

Your expertise in geotechnical and hydrotechnical threats will play a key role in safeguarding pipeline infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the Pipeline Geohazard Management Program with diligence
- Develop effective risk management plans and strategies
- Collaborate to assess and prioritize project budgets




- Conduct reviews of monitoring and inspection results
- Provide support during geohazard incidents and evaluations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences or Engineering (M. Sc. preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant geohazard management experience
- Exceptional field assessment and data interpretation skills
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings
- APEGA registration or eligibility preferred
