Become a Senior Policy Analyst for MN-S with a focus on strategic planning and priority setting. This full time, permanent position requires extensive project support, research, and evidence-based analysis.
You'll work closely with the Director of Planning and Priorities, contributing to strategic planning efforts and aligning projects with community needs. Your background in public policy and extensive research skills will be essential for developing briefing materials and conducting comprehensive needs assessments. This role promises significant impact in supporting Métis citizens through effective governance and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research for strategic planning and reporting - Prepare briefing materials for senior leadership - Analyze governance policies and emerging issues - Support needs assessment and capacity building - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields - 5-7 years of related working experience - Knowledge of Indigenous governance and rights - Excellent communication and analytical skills - Valid Saskatchewan driver's license required
