We are seeking an experienced Systems Testing / QA Specialist to support enterprise-level applications within a fast-paced, Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing both manual and automated testing strategies, ensuring high-quality software delivery across web and mobile platforms. This role requires robust expertise in test planning, defect management, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on testing strategies, test plans, tools selection, and resource planning
Plan and execute testing efforts for large-scale systems across GUI and non-GUI environments
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, and accessibility (AODA) testing
Execute performance, stress, and load testing to validate system scalability and reliability
Identify, document, track, and manage defects using tools such as ALM, JIRA, and Azure DevOps
Collaborate with developers and business teams to reproduce and resolve issues
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, UFT, TestComplete, or Postman
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Validate data integrity through backend/database testing and data migration validation
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Maintain detailed test documentation, metrics, and reports
Ensure compliance with QA standards, regulatory requirements, and AODA guidelines
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to release documentation
Required Qualifications & SkillsQA & Technical Expertise
5+ years of experience in QA/testing within Agile/DevOps environments
Strong experience with manual testing: system, mobile, AODA, and UAT testing
Proven expertise in creating Test Strategy and Test Plan documents
Hands-on experience analyzing business requirements (BRDs) and defining test data needs
Extensive experience writing detailed test cases and executing test scenarios
Strong defect management experience, including triaging and reporting
Experience with defect tracking tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps
Experience with automation testing frameworks and scripting
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control systems
Experience with AODA compliance testing tools (e.G., JAWS, VoiceOver)
Testing Tools & Technologies
Automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, UFT, TestComplete
API testing tools: Postman
Performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner
Test management tools:



ALM, TestRail, Zephyr
Database querying for backend validation
General Skills
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
Experience with functional, non-functional, and integration testing
Ability to support and coordinate UAT activities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Additional Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly
High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
Must-Have Requirements
5+ years of experience in Agile/DevOps environments (Web & Mobile platforms)
5+ years of experience in manual testing including Systems, Mobile, AODA, and UAT
Strong experience in Test Strategy and Test Plan creation
Hands-on experience with BRD analysis and test data preparation
Extensive experience writing detailed and effective test cases
