In this pivotal role at UHN, you will report directly to the Director of Data Architecture & Enablement. You’ll oversee teams managing the Data Intelligence Hub, ensuring they meet organizational data governance and operational objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing Microsoft Fabric capabilities and fostering a high-performance team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team accountability and set performance standards
- Facilitate recruitment and training initiatives for staff development
- Coordinate workload based on priorities and capacity




- Provide coaching and documentation practices guidance
- Ensure support for operational programming and incident responses
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant management experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area;
Master’s is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Fabric;
Informatica experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with healthcare systems is a plus
