We're looking for a Building Custodian to join our team. This hands-on role includes cleaning, light maintenance, seasonal outdoor upkeep, and helping keep our office in excellent condition.

What you'll do:

✔ Office cleaning

✔ Painting (interior, small exterior jobs)

✔ Lawn care & flower bed maintenance

✔ Assemble & move furniture

✔ Monitor building systems (HVAC, elevator inspections, fire extinguishers)

✔ Respond to everyday maintenance issues like leaks and repairs

✔ Coordinate snow removal contractors when required

We're looking for someone who is:

· Reliable and self-motivated

· Handy and enjoys problem-solving

· Organized and detail-oriented

· Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
