We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Lavington division, located in Coldstream, British Columbia. The Lavington Division is where Tolko’s story began over 70 years ago. Today, we safely and sustainably produce 238 million board feet of lumber per year for customers around the world.

Our Ideal Candidate

- A journeyman ticket, diploma or technical degree in a mechanical, electrical or related field (considered an asset).
- 3–5 years of leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of computerized maintenance management systems (preferably JD Edwards).
- Excellent work‑ethic, communication, organizational and time‑management skills to lead by example, engage your team, plan work and get things done.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth daily operations.
- A creative problem‑solver who thinks beyond the obvious and executes with vision and precision.

In This Role You Will

- Lead a team of tradespeople and apprentices to ensure our mill operates efficiently, consistently and safely.
- Apply your working knowledge of safety programme development, implementation and legislation to ensure your team follows due process and goes home safely each day.
- Support the planning,



development and execution of an effective plant maintenance programme, including equipment configuration database, downtime analysis, repair and preventive work orders, allocation and scheduling of resources, and ongoing refinement of maintenance procedures.
- Be a collaborative leader who inspires innovation and continuous improvement.
