Enhance accessibility and foster belonging at Stratford Festival of Canada in this full time hybrid role as Accessibility and Community Outreach Specialist. Your work will drive impactful community engagement initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will coordinate, support, and assess various inclusion strategies across the organization. This position emphasizes building partnerships with community organizations and facilitating training to ensure effective implementation of accessibility practices, thereby promoting a more inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee organizational accessibility initiatives and compliance efforts
• Deliver training programs on inclusion and respectful practices




• Maintain relationships with community partners and equity groups
• Support workplace investigations and conflict resolution
• Compile resource materials and reports for leadership
Requirements:
• 4 to 6 years of experience in community engagement or HR
• Familiarity with the AODA and Ontario's Human Rights Code
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capacity to handle multiple responsibilities
