AtFoothills Group, we’re on the lookout for adedicated and detail-oriented Parts Professionalto join our growing team. If you have experience withheavy-duty parts, a drive to learn, and a passion for organization and customer service, this is the role for you!

The Details:

Shift:Tuesday - Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Location:Calgary South East, located right off Barlow South

Who We’re Looking For:

Heavy Duty Parts Experience– You know your parts, inside and out.

Commitment to Learning– A willingness to grow and master your role.

Valid Driver’s License– You’re ready to hit the road when needed.

Time Management Skills– Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and keep things moving.

Tech-Savvy– Comfortable with email, internet searches, and basic computer tasks.

Attention to Detail– You understand the importance of getting it right the first time and take pride in accurate, quality work.

Mechanically Inclined– You have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy understanding how equipment, systems, and parts work together.

Collaborative Attitude– You thrive in a team environment, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive, productive workplace.

These are Assets (But Not Required):

- Parts Technician Ticketor actively pursuing the designation.
- Forklift License– Be ready to take charge of moving parts and inventory.
- Materials Management Systems– If you’ve got this down, we’re impressed!
- Technical Knowledge– A robust understanding of parts, systems,



and inventory management.
- Excellent Communication Skills– You can keep things clear, organized, and professional.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Inventory Management:Shipping, receiving, restocking, and organizing parts.
- Stock Control:Set min/max levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Customer Support:Help customers and technicians find, select, and price parts efficiently and professionally (automotive, heavy-duty, and equipment).
- Order Fulfillment:Pull and fill orders while keeping everyone updated on arrivals and delays.
- Forklift Operation:Move and manage stock safely.
- Communication:Respond to parts inquiries via phone, email, or in-person while maintaining accurate records of discussions with customers and vendors.
