This full-time position involves working closely with commercial and industrial customers to enhance their energy efficiency. You will influence energy-saving decisions by providing insights, resources, and maintaining solid relationships while driving participation in rebate programs. The objectives are to implement energy-saving measures that comply with FortisBC’s policies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Familiarize customers with FortisBC’s energy solutions
• Influence decisions for energy projects and conservation




• Perform facility audits and suggest energy measures
• Implement DSM tracking for energy projects
• Collaborate actively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Four-year Degree in Engineering or related field
• 3 years in energy/technology roles with customer service
• CEM certification preferred or eligible
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Valid BC driver's license required
