Labourer

Reports To: Construction Manager

Position Summary

Iconic Power Systems is experiencing steady growth as we continue to build long-term relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships by providing consistently high-quality products and services.

We are seeking Labourers to support construction operations throughout the Edmonton area. This role performs general labour duties, assists with site preparation and maintenance, operates light equipment, and contributes to the secure and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate light equipment such as skid steers and packers
- Assist with site preparation and general construction activities
- Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
- Spot equipment and trucks during site operations
- Assist supervisors and crews as required
- Install temporary construction fencing
- Perform general site cleanup and housekeeping
- Complete manual labour tasks in support of project requirements




- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Required

- Minimum 2 years of construction experience
- Valid CSTS certification
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
- Willingness to learn and develop through on-the-job training

Assets

- H2S Alive Certification
- Ground Disturbance Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Experience operating light construction equipment
