Design and implement efficient mortgage servicing solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams. Ensure full compliance with CMHC and industry regulations. Develop training programs to enhance team expertise. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture. Oversee a growing portfolio of commercial CMHC-insured mortgages, ensuring smooth administration.



Mortgage Servicing – Oversee payments, escrow management, and investor reporting. Identify and mitigate portfolio risks. Maintain strong relationships with borrowers and investors. Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance to senior leadership. Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Help shape team objectives and execute strategic plans. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in mortgage administration, with a focus on process improvement and compliance. Deep expertise in commercial real estate mortgage regulations, policies, and industry standards. Strong process development skills with a track record of creating and optimizing workflows.
