Skills and Responsibilities Valuable years of experience as a Solution consultant architect in ServiceNow working with Enterprise and Strategic. Customers Advanced analytical and problem‑solving experience, ability to multi‑task and effectively manage priorities. Ability to develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with business objectives and industry trends. Lead ServiceNow workshops to determine customers’ requirements and create use cases, product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs. Conduct research to identify topics that resonate with the customers and thereby develop opportunities. Lead ServiceNow development team as per sprint timeline, solution demo deployment as per sprint schedule. Lead the team on end‑to‑end deployment and answer technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues. ServiceNow Architect (SPM Module) – Required tech skill set: ServiceNow Platform Workflow Development. Integration, Automation Suite; Strategic Portfolio Management; ServiceNow Project Management Workspaces; ServiceNow Resource Management Submodules; Timecard Financial Modules. Bring thought‑leadership within project team which can create certainty in the solution when there is client ambiguity and lead the client to informed architectural sound solutions.



Serve as the expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, leading solutioning sessions workshops, shared understanding, and building a bridge between disparate organizations through technical experience. Experience in solution architecture and ServiceNow product experience. Lead the development within sprint timeline. Experience in cross‑functional cross geography team i.E. onshore, nearshore and offshore. Contribute to development team as needed, create solution collaterals, collaborate with account team.
