Flexible work arrangements, including flexible schedule, remote work, or a hybrid schedule may be available subject to review and approval.ResponsibilitiesDevelop business cases recommending organizational change based on service needs, options analysis, and cost‑benefit projections.Lead the elicitation, communication, and documentation of service needs, business processes, business requirements, and functional specifications.Implement & develop test plans for information systems.Mentor other departmental staff in performing business analysis.Education and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a management, business, or technology‑focused discipline.Related certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Qualified (CBAP) or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI‑PBA) are considered an asset.4 years of experience leading and performing business case development, requirements analysis, process change, and organization transformation.Experience working with stakeholders to identify strategic business needs and objectives in Business Cases.Experience in business analysis on large, complex initiatives involving significant business, process, system changes or organization transformation.Experience documenting business requirements, data analysis and process models, and functional specifications (use cases, user stories with acceptance criteria,
