Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, and other talent sourcing platforms.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting guidance.
- Screen and assess technical candidates to ensure alignment with business and role requirements.
- Drive proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company's culture and employee value proposition.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- At least 5 years of experience recruiting technical talent for a software or technology company.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, or similar talent intelligence platforms.
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, data, AI/ML, or enterprise technology roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology organizations and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience partnering with engineering and product leadership.
- Strong Boolean search and talent mapping skills.
- Experience using modern ATS and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of market intelligence, competitive hiring, and talent pipelining strategies.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and act as a trusted talent advisor.
