Head Coach – Toronto Ski Club

Toronto Ski Club is looking for an extraordinary Head Coach to lead our Alpine Programs into the next phase of its success.

This is an opportunity for a confident, charismatic leader who is passionate about developing athletes, building high-performing teams, and creating a culture where young skiers can thrive both on and off the hill. We’re looking for someone who thinks strategically, leads with purpose, and has the vision to build long-term program success while fostering an environment that values community, character, and competition.

As our Head Coach, you’ll provide leadership across all levels of the program, inspiring athletes and coaches alike while partnering with colleagues and families to create an outstanding experience. You’ll bring the credibility and confidence to make sound decisions, mentor a talented coaching team, and continuously evolve our program to meet the needs of today’s athletes and tomorrow’s champions.

What we’re looking for:





- Proven experience leading a competitive alpine ski racing program or similar high-performance sport environment.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute a long-term vision for athlete & program success.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, mentor, and develop coaches across all age groups.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to effectively partner with parents, coaches, athletes, and club leadership.
- A passion for athlete development that extends beyond results, emphasizing sportsmanship, resilience, character, and a lifelong love of skiing.
- The ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture where community, accountability, and excellence go hand in hand.
