Core Responsibilities

- Act as the designated CxA / CxP / Compliance Authority per contract
- Interpret commissioning scope within contractual and regulatory frameworks
- Lead commissioning planning, sequencing, risk identification, and client-facing meetings
- Coordinate Technical Specialists, Field Commissioning Specialists,



and Cx Admin/Ops Support
- Perform or oversee commissioning field reviews during construction and issue Field Observation Reports as required
- Review, challenge, approve, and take accountability for commissioning documentation and results
- Manage commissioning-related communication with owners, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure deficiencies, issues, and risks are documented and closed

Required Capabilities

- Strong systems-level understanding of building mechanical, electrical, controls, safety/security, and communications systems
- Ability to evaluate and direct technical work performed by others
- Comfortable managing multiple projects without micromanagement
- Sound judgment under schedule and client pressure
