Join Our Team as a Materials Manager at Johnson Electric!Location: Mississauga, ON (onsite)Salary Range: $115,000-125,000 annuallyVacancy Type: Existing positionAs our next Materials Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of managing material control, inventory systems, logistics operations, and shipping/receiving activities. and finished goods inventories while maintaining FIFO practicesMinimize transportation and logistics costs for inbound and outbound shipmentsCoordinate supplier returns, hold areas, and dunnage management activitiesMaintain supplier performance reporting and supply chain recordsLiaise with suppliers, customers, customs brokers, and transportation carriersMonitor EDI transactions, ASN processes, and customer shipping requirementsEnsure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and customer standardsWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Studies, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain operationsStrong understanding of supply chain, inventory control, and logistics processesExperience with ERP systems, preferably CMS ERPStrong computer and data management skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and relationship management abilitiesStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindsetBonus Points If You Have:Experience in automotive manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of EDI systems and ASN managementExperience managing supplier performance programsExperience with customs, transportation,
