We are looking to hire an experienced professional for a role of a Sourcing Project Leader for our client based in Oakville, Ontario.

Project Context

The Sourcing Project Leader will be an integral part of the project execution team within the water technology sector. This role focuses on ensuring effective supplier negotiations, risk management, and alignment with project leaders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively participate as a member of the project execution team.
- Negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure optimal terms and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identify and assess project-specific risks and opportunities.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment with project leaders.

Must-Have Qualifications:





- 3-5 years of experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) execution.
- 3-5 years of experience in negotiation.
- Familiarity with terms and conditions in procurement.
- 3-5 years of experience in any ERP system.
- Strong communication skills.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication.
- Strong negotiation skills.

Seniority Level:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
