We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SiteSupervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at project sites across Canada. You will be responsible for coordinating racking installations, managing subcontractors, ensuring site safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise installation of warehouse racking systems (pallet racking, shelving, mezzanines, etc.)
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required specifications
- Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and in-house installation teams
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness on site
- Interpret engineering drawings and provide technical guidance to installation teams
- Perform quality control inspections and resolve in office issues promptly
- Communicate project progress with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders




- Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports and incident logs

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a site supervisory role
- Basic knowledge of racking systems and warehouse layout principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites across Canada
