This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of municipal infrastructure projects—fromwater and wastewater systemstostormwater management, site grading, and municipal servicing .You’ll be involved fromconcept to completion, leading or supporting the design, analysis, and delivery of projects. Depending on your experience and goals, you’ll either focus on design development or take on project management responsibilities, working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and managewater and wastewater treatment and conveyanceprojects.Preparedesigns, drawings, specifications, reports, and contract documentsfor municipal infrastructure.Conducthydraulic and hydrologic analysesand equipment sizing, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.Lead projects as aProject Manager, coordinating with clients, subconsultants,



and contractors to meet quality, budget, and schedule objectives.Supportproposal developmentand expressions of interest.Provideconstruction administration and inspectionsupport during project delivery.Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teamsand communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.Stay current withindustry standards, modeling tools, and emerging technologiesin municipal engineering.About YouBachelor’s degree inCivil or Environmental Engineering .P.Eng.orE.I.T.designation (or eligibility for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC).Minimum6 years of experiencein municipal engineering, with a focus onwater and wastewater systems .Proficiency inAutoCAD, Civil 3D, andhydraulic modeling software(e.G., PCSWMM, XP-SWMM, InfoWorks, EPANET, WaterCAD).Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Experience inwater supply, treatment & distribution, wastewater collection & treatment, stormwater management, andland development .Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.AssetsFamiliarity withmunicipal standards and design guidelines .PMP designationor project management training.Prior experience in aconsulting environment .What’s OfferedCompetitive salary range:$120,000 – $150,000annually.Comprehensive benefits package starting on day one.Paid sick leave and adaptable, hybrid work options.Professional development and mentorship opportunities.Employee ownership model that values growth and accountability.Supportive, team-oriented culture with opportunities to work on major municipal projects across Canada and the U.S.#J-18808-Ljbffr
