Drive risk management effectiveness as an Operations Analyst II at First National in Toronto. This full-time role focuses on analysis, support of internal applications, and process improvement.
As part of the Risk Management & Internal Audit team, you will report to the Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include project deliverables, monitoring QA tools, and analyzing business requirements. With a solid focus on innovation and service delivery, your contributions will significantly impact the organization's risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor existing QA Tool system for supported lines of business
• Maintain accurate residential underwriting employee directory
• Create Risk Management audit data samples for audits




• Assign data samples for QA Specialists based on methodology
• Analyze business requirements and design effective solutions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field or 5-10 years equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience with Merlin and First National systems
• Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Visual Basic and SQL Server
• Strong analytical and business knowledge required
• Ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions
