The company has earned various awards and recognitions. The Role We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design across Maple’s patient experience, shaping how millions of Canadians access and experience care on Maple. You’ll join a small, highly collaborative design team where craft, impact, and autonomy matter. You’ll take ownership of complex, high-value patient-facing workflows, partner with Product and Engineering, and raise the bar for design quality across the organization. This role offers ownership and scope to influence both current experience and future vision in a company where design quality directly shapes patient outcomes. cooperative product culture What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days, you’ll build relationships with cross-functional partners, understand Maple’s patient experience, and lead key design initiatives. You’ll identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and elevate usability across the product. Over the next 12 months, you’ll shape Maple’s next-generation patient experience — integrating AI into core flows, evolving our design system, and raising craft and quality across patient-facing surfaces. You’ll deliver measurable improvements to engagement, satisfaction, and product clarity while helping define what best-in-class looks like in virtual care.
