We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue by owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close. This is a true hunter role suited for someone who thrives on outbound activity, converting opportunities into revenue, and building pipeline with urgency and persistence. This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates located in Ottawa, Toronto, or Montréal.What you will doOwn and close new customer opportunities within your assigned territoryGenerate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and strategic networking (in addition to inbound/BDR leads)Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closeDevelop and execute territory plans focused on new logo acquisition and revenue growthRun in-depth discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and align solutionsDeliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate Cerio's value and ROIManage complex sales processes, including objections, buying committees, and commercial negotiationsForecast revenue accurately and maintain pipeline visibility within the CRMTrack market trends and competitive activity to sharpen positioning and deal strategyWhat you bringProven success closing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targetsExperience selling into complex or emerging technology markets (Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure or Server, Data Center environments preferred)Strong executive presence, negotiation skills,

For candidates hired in Ontario, the base salary range for this role is $85,000–$125,000, in addition to a sales incentive plan. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, full total compensation package offered, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.
