Our client, a well-established full-service architecture and interior design firm, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding Calgary-based team. With a specialization in mixed-use, commercial, and institutional architecture, they consistently deliver built environments that reflect a strong commitment to sustainability, contextual sensitivity, and design excellence. *in office FTResponsibilities:- Responsible for preparing comprehensive documentation to guide projects from concept through to completion.- Producing high-quality technical content and detailed drawings that uphold the design intent.- Coordinating with consultants and team members to ensure accuracy and timely delivery, and supporting contract administration during construction.- Performing code analysis, contributing to quality control procedures, researching construction materials, and managing project documentation.- Troubleshoot complex production issues,



stay current with industry practices and technologies, and develop detailed Revit models.- Active client communication to ensure alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines.- Lead the development and review of design development and contract documents, attend coordination and site meetings.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.Qualifications:- Minimum of 7+ years of project work experience and impressive technical knowledge.- You will be proficient in Revit & AutoCAD.- Prior experience working on a variety of project typologies including commercial, institutional, mixed-use, industrial & retail.- Proven experience as project lead on small to medium-sized projects and support role on larger projects.- Solid understanding of MEP and structural building system and building codes is required.The successful candidate will receive a compensation package of $80k-95K (dependent on experience) + benefits and 3 weeks vacation + gifted Christmas time off.
