- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB configuration, CI Class Manager, CSDM, CMDB Health, data certification and CMDB governance.
- Should have strong experience with Discovery, MID Server concepts, service mapping dependencies and CI relationship management.
- Good experience with import sets, transform maps, data normalization, identification rules and reconciliation engine behavior.
- Good understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM and SAM data dependencies within ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot CMDB data quality issues, duplicate CIs, relationship gaps and data load exceptions.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
