This is a full-time, in-office executive role.With 15+ years of experience, the ideal candidate brings deep expertise in construction finance, M&A, and capital structuring, and thrives in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments. As a core member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Finance will play a central role in shaping the organization’s financial strategy and long-term direction.Key Responsibilities include:Strategic Finance & Executive Leadership:Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team in developing and executing the financial vision.Lead all financial aspects of M&A activity, including due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, and post-acquisition integration.Manage capital structure, banking relationships, debt covenants, and financing arrangements.Represent the organization with banks, investors, insurers, and other external stakeholders.Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.Deliver robust financial reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance analysis tailored to the construction sector (e.G., WIP, backlog, utilization, margins).Provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.Accounting, Controls & ComplianceOversee core accounting functions including job costing,
