high-performance REST APIs.Bring 6+ years of hands-on experience on a development team.Proficient in Java and eager to adopt new technologies.Cares about database and query performance (bonus if you’ve worked with Snowflake).Excited about architectural and system design.Know Agile/Scrum and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.Value craftsmanship, including code reviews, automated testing, microservices, and continuous delivery.Experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms).Comfortable owning services end-to-end, including on-call and direct client interaction.Learns rapid, asks smart questions, and balances confidence with humility.Leads with proactivity, transparency, accountability, and strong communication.Helps shape a positive, inclusive team culture.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with large-scale email processing and tracking.Expertise in serverless, queuing, and streaming architecture.A background in the finance industry.Proven skills with AWS Lambda, ECS, SQS, Kinesis, Kafka, SendGrid, Postfix, and Terraform.What We OfferCompetitive compensation (based on experience) and benefits.
