Entuitive is looking for a Junior Structural Designer to be based in our Edmonton office as part of our Structural Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects and collaborate with BIM technologists and other engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

- Design and perform structural engineering calculations for all components including columns, beams, slabs, foundations and lateral systems.
- Engineer structural solutions using materials such as steel, concrete, masonry, cold‑formed steel, and wood.
- Assemble and coordinate engineering drawings and contract documents with BIM technologists and engineering team members.
- Conduct field reviews and perform contract administrative duties as required.
- Draft project‑related correspondence.
- Review architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural drawings.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
- EIT designation is considered an asset.




- Experience in contract administration and site inspections is an asset.
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and structural analysis software (SAP2000, RAM, ETABS, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deliverables on an ongoing basis.
- Interest in embodied carbon is an asset.
