Managing Director

Pipeline Construction Management |Calgary, Alberta

Our client, an established Western Canadian pipeline construction management firm is hiring a Managing Director to run the business. The existing execution team has a long and successful history in the Western Canadian Market, but the company is looking for a current leader to expand this business. The priority for this role is growth — owning the client relationships and generating the work. Beyond that, you run the business as you see fit.

Responsibilities:

- Client relationships across Alberta and Saskatchewan, existing accounts and new ones.
- Building, pricing, and closing the sales pipeline.
- Project delivery and day-to-day operations.
- Back-office administration and business systems.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.




- Leadership of an existing team.

You Bring;

- 10+ years in pipeline construction, construction management, or midstream project services in Western Canada.
- A personal client network you have built and can activate.
- Credibility in the field with crews and clients.
- A track record of closing work, not just delivering it.
- Experience running a business to a margin.

What This Is Not

A project management role, or a role where the pipeline is handed to you.

Full-time, Calgary-based. Base plus performance compensation. Equity participation available to the right candidate.
