Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and delivering the marketing engine that powers CAST’s global growth across WYSIWYG, BlackTrax and emerging products. This role leads digital demand generation, manages our trade show and events program, and drives the creation of compelling content that amplifies our brand in entertainment, events and real-time tracking markets. Compensation & Role Details Expected Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 CAD (base salary) – depends on experience and qualifications Role Type: Current Role Responsibilities Digital Demand Generation Applies strong business acumen to build multichannel digital campaigns that maximize ROI across paid media, SEO, email automation, and social channels Demonstrates creativity by developing engaging content, campaigns, and messaging Uses customer focus to develop segmentation, nurture flows, and landing pages tailored to real-world workflows and buying behaviours Uses written communication skills to craft clear, persuasive copy for emails, web content, ads, and newsletters Shows action-oriented behavior by launching and iterating campaigns quickly, testing ideas, and using results to guide next steps Demonstrates learning on the fly by adopting new tools, experimenting with digital tactics,



and analyzing performance to improve conversions Trade Shows And Events Management Uses planning and organizing strengths to lead an international trade show program Applies business acumen to manage budgets, evaluate investments, and align event outcomes with sales targets Uses customer focus to design booth experiences, demos, and messaging Demonstrates presentation skills when supporting onsite demos, rehearsing product narratives, and preparing briefing materials Shows action-oriented execution by ensuring all logistics, bookings, demos, and partner interactions are delivered on schedule Adapts quickly and learns on the fly when dealing with onsite challenges or shifting event requirements Content and Creative Development Demonstrates creativity by producing engaging videos, graphics, case studies, and social content that elevate CAST’s brand Uses strong written communication to create clear, high-impact materials for product launches, trade shows, and sales enablement Applies customer focus when developing stories and case studies Uses organizing skills to manage content calendars, and version control across multiple projects Shows action-oriented behavior by rapidly producing content in response to product updates, sales needs,



or industry opportunities Cross Functional Collaboration Applies business acumen when aligning campaigns with sales priorities, product launch timelines, and revenue goals Demonstrates customer focus when gathering insights from Sales, Support, and Product to shape messaging Uses presentation skills to deliver internal updates, brief Sales on campaigns, and present event plans to leadership Shows learning on the fly when absorbing technical product information and translating it into understandable marketing narratives Leverages organizing and planning skills to coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and global partners Communicates effectively in writing to ensure clarity across briefs, plans, and cross-functional documents Provide field marketing support to distributors and partners with regionalized materials and enablement content Job Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, events management, or integrated marketing roles Strong understanding of B2B and B2C SaaS marketing with experience measuring pipeline and campaign ROI Proven ability to manage multiple trade shows annually with strong organizational and vendor management skills Proficiency with CRM and automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, and Microsoft Experience creating content and using design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences Experience in entertainment technology, live events, AV or a related creative technology sector is an advantage Job Details Business Unit: CAST Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Number of Openings Available: 1 Worker Type: Regular #J-18808-Ljbffr
