In this role, you will be part of the National Campus Recruitment team with a specific focus recruiting in the Greater Toronto area (GTA). Join our Campus Recruitment team where you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen our co-op programs in the GTA while contributing creative ideas that help us evolve our campus talent attraction strategy!ResponsibilitiesFoster, maintain and nurture relationships with target schools, partnering with career services, faculty/staff and student groups to manage our on-campus presenceIdentify, coordinate and lead participation in GTA university/college campus recruitment events, measure success of events and provide recommendations to guide future investment decisionsLead GTA co-op recruiting by managing the recruitment process for 30-40 co-op requisitions each termIdentify sourcing channels and recruitment strategies to build a pipeline for our diversity and inclusion focused co-op programs including Women in STEM Excel (WiSE) and Indigenous Student Internship co-op programsIdentify and optimize process/technology inefficiencies to further accelerate resultsAchieve customer satisfaction with key internal/external partners through recruiting delivery and serviceAct as a brand ambassador for CGI to ensure an outstanding candidate experienceUtilize LinkedIn to promote the CGI brand and attract candidates to CGICollaborate with campus recruitment team to develop current ideas and strategies to attract talent in a creative waySupport new grad recruitment in peak periodsRequired Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role1+ years of campus recruitment experiencePost-secondary degree or diploma with a specialization in HR preferredMust be a self-starter with the ability to work independentlyAbility to work in a close-knit team that collaborates to develop ongoing enhancements to the campus recruitment strategyDemonstrable experience in developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify and understand needs and address gapsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle a workload with challenging priorities; highly organized and able to multitaskExperience in prioritizing work based on requirements of multiple partnersCollaboration, communication and active listening skillsExcellent command of the English language both written and verbalStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsCGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.
