Support the Chief People Officer at Vancity with high-level administrative expertise in this full-time role. You'll manage complex schedules, communications, and initiatives every day.
In this Permanent, Full time position, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CPO within a regulated financial environment. Strong judgment and discretion are required, as your role is crucial for the effectiveness of the People & Culture function. Collaborating closely with executives, you’ll facilitate strategic planning and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CPO’s complex calendar and commitments
• Prepare correspondence and presentations for executive meetings
• Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders
• Support Board engagement by coordinating logistics and materials
• Enhance operational efficiency through organized documentation
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience assisting senior executives
• Proven experience in executive coordination and document preparation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong skills in calendar management
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
