Qui on est

Tout a commencé avec deux fondateurs, un sous-sol et un bottin téléphonique. Deux ans de "cold calling" avant que le sous-sol devienne un bureau. Cet engagement, ce grit et cette communauté, c'est Ubiweb. Vous le sentez dès que vous entrez.

Pour qui on fait tout ça

Le couvreur avec trois camions. Le dentiste avec deux cliniques. Le proprio de resto qui est au travail à 6h. Ils ont bâti quelque chose de leurs propres mains et ils nous font confiance pour les aider à le faire grandir.

Pour qui tu vas le faire

Les reps au téléphone. Les gestionnaires de comptes avec des centaines de clients à gérer. Les chefs de projet qui transforment des briefs en travail livré. Ton architecture sera ce qui rend leur travail plus précis, plus rapide, et plus efficace.

C'est ça, votre rôle

Tu travailles sur les défis d'architecture qui façonnent comment tout le business opère. Tu diagnostiques, tu conçois, et tu portes le projet jusqu'à la livraison.

À quoi ressemble ta journée :

- Propriété architecturale : Auditer chaque département pour bâtir et piloter une stack IA autonome qui remplace le travail manuel.
- Déploiement rapide : Passer de la découverte à un premier système en production en 6 semaines, en opérant avec un haut niveau d'autonomie, en avance sur la feuille de route.
- Accélération des systèmes : Utiliser les LLM, les API vocales, Make.com et HubSpot pour éliminer les activités à faible valeur ajoutée dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise.
- Leadership à haute intensité : Éliminer les blocages de façon proactive et livrer rapidement sans sacrifier nos standards élevés.

Tu apportes:

- 3 ans et plus dans un rôle de solutions, stratégie, ou conseil technique




- 3 ans et plus à bâtir et livrer des systèmes IA ou d'automatisation en production, pas des démos
- Python et Node.js; TypeScript un atout sérieux
- Expérience concrète avec l'intégration de LLMs et des frameworks d'orchestration comme LangChain
- Maîtrise des plateformes d'automatisation: n8n, Make, Zapier, ou équivalent
- Expérience à bâtir et déployer des agents vocaux personnalisés en production
- Des intégrations API avec les grands écosystèmes (Google, Meta) qui tiennent à l'échelle
- Infrastructure cloud (AWS ou GCP), à l'aise avec le déploiement et les opérations
- La capacité de vulgariser des concepts techniques complexes pour des équipes non-techniques
- La vision pour architecturer là où le business s'en va, pas seulement là où il est aujourd'hui
- Le jugement de savoir quand bâtir et quand acheter
- La confiance de pousser en retour quand le brief est incorrect
- Bilingue FR/AN

Who we all do this for

Who you will do this for

The reps on the phones. The account managers with hundreds of clients on the go. The project leads turning briefs into delivered work. Your architecture will be what makes their work sharper, faster, and more effective.

This is your role

You work on the architecture challenges that shape how the whole business operates. You diagnose, design, and stay accountable through delivery.

What your day looks like:

- Architectural Ownership: Auditing every department to build and own an autonomous AI stack that replaces manual work.
- Rapid Deployment: Moving from discovery to a first production system within 6 weeks, operating with high agency ahead of the roadmap.
- System Acceleration: Using LLMs, Voice APIs, Make.com, and HubSpot to eliminate low-value activity across the company.
- High-Intensity Leadership: Proactively removing blockers and shipping work quickly without sacrificing our high standards.

You bring:

- 3+ years in a solutions, strategy, or technical advisory role
- 3+ years building and shipping production AI or automation systems, not demos
- Python and Node.js; TypeScript a robust asset
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration and orchestration frameworks like LangChain
- Automation platform fluency: n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent
- Experience building and deploying custom voice agents in production
- API integrations with major ecosystems (Google, Meta) that hold up at scale
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), comfortable owning deployment and ops
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teams
- The foresight to architect for where the business is going, not only where it is today
- The judgment to know when to build and when to buy
- The confidence to push back when the brief is wrong
- Bilingual FR/EN
