Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and optimize the daily operational quality of third-party warehouses (including, but not limited to, inventory accuracy, packing value, DC efficiency, and the accuracy and timeliness of inbound/outbound operations).

2. Conduct data analysis, identify operational anomalies, and implement optimization and corrective measures.

3. Monitor logistics carriers' store delivery performance and promptly address any delivery issues.

4. Act as the logistics representative to coordinate reasonable requests from other departments and liaise with third-party logistics providers and operations teams to ensure smooth operations.

5. Implement Group headquarters' policies and plans, provide timely progress reports, and ensure the achievement of all KPIs.

Job Requirements:

1.



Bachelor’s degree or higher; fluent in both Chinese and English (required for daily work); experience in warehousing and logistics is required.

2. Proficient in office software, with advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.

3. Solid execution skills with a proven ability to effectively implement plans and achieve results.

4. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills; skilled in negotiation; outgoing personality.

5. Must possess legal authorization to work in Canada (e.g., Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa).
