We are seeking a motivated professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills to work within the personal and professional development sector.

This independent role involves connecting with individuals who have expressed an interest in personal development, professional growth and leadership education. You will follow an established process for initial conversations, information sharing and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective clients through qualified communication channels
- Conduct introductory conversations to better understand individual goals and suitability
- Provide information about personal and professional development programs
- Follow an established communication and follow-up process
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Maintain accurate and professional communication with prospective clients
- Develop strong knowledge of the programs and resources available
