Compensation

The expected hiring range is $55,200 to $69,000 for a 37.5‑hour work week. Actual salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity.

Qualifications (Why We’ll Love You)

- RIBO License
- Sincere and personable with strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship‑building abilities
- Master time manager, able to multi‑task and maintain confidentiality
- Adaptive to shifting priorities based on client needs
- Bonus: 3 years of Commercial insurance experience with RIBO License, working toward a CAIB, CRM, or CIP designation

- Cultivate client relationships by providing exceptional client experience from sales to service
- Maintain an inexhaustible curiosity to stay at the forefront of the insurance industry
- Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads
- Work closely with industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for clients
- Manage policy renewals, changes, and cancellations
- Uphold a client‑first focus throughout the claims process
