Overview The HR Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role focuses on accuracy, organization, and timely execution of HR processes to create a positive employee experience. Responsibilities Working with the HR Generalist to manage onboarding logistics, including contracts and HR orientation sessions. Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and physical/electronic files. Support recruitment process by ensuring updated team status documents with details by partnering with the Talent Acquisition team. Administer freelancer process (approvals, contracts, vendor setup, invoicing). Assist with compliance training tracking. Organize employee engagement activities and events. Provide administrative support for performance review programs. Assist with other projects as assigned. Qualifications 1+ years in HR or office administration. Post-secondary education in HR or related field. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
