Our team is made up of skilled, hardworking professionals who value safety, precision, and customer satisfaction. We're currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated CVIP Licensed Heavy-Duty Trailer Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair trailer systems, including brakes, suspensions, lights, wiring, doors, and flooring
- Perform preventative maintenance and CVIP inspections
- Use diagnostic tools and manuals to identify issues
- Help maintain accurate service records and reports for the Rental Department
- Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and safely
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with Rental and Service personnel
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in trailer repair or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance preferred
- Valid CVIP licence, strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of air brake systems, electrical wiring, suspension, and some hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
- Valid driver’s license (Class one or three licence an asset)
