Requirements
What will make you an Ideal Candidate?

- Experience with ArcGIS software
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Highly productive in a combination of in-office and work-from-home environments
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities—working independently and as a team player
- Having above average Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Your Responsibilities:

- Effectively create maps and digitize polygons in a team effort to meet company and client needs
- Collaborate with other GIS Specialists on multi-client,



multi-state mapping projects
- Utilize ESRI ArcGIS and Pandell software to convert text-only legal descriptions, surveys, and plats into digitized polygons
- Meet client-specific predetermined standards and project goals

- Occasionally work with the Land Records department to separate and organize scanned documents based on clients’ standards

Your Experience:

- This is an entry-level position
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, or related field

Other Skills/Experience We Value:

- Disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently or in close collaboration with the GIS and Land Records services teams
- Knowledge of basic land principles and property descriptions
- Curiosity and the drive to challenge yourself
