Industrial Mechanic/Millwright
Location: Windsor, ON and Tillsonburg, ON - Onsite
Forge Consulting Group, representing our esteemed client, is seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic/Millwright to join their maintenance team at their Windsor, Ontario and Tillsonburg, Ontario manufacturing facilities. This role will play a critical part in supporting production operations by ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a stamping or manufacturing environment, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a quick-paced, team-oriented setting.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics,
and technical drawings to complete maintenance activities.
- Maintain and repair plant support systems while ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Adhere to all health & safety, environmental, quality, and company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Stamping equipment i.e. feed line systems experience is an asset
3-5 years manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery.
Ability to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, midnights)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)
