Through Marketplace, we serve as the premier matchmaker to efficiently connect ready‑to‑move renters with compatible city properties. You’ll lead a team of full‑stack engineers working on Search, API, ML Ops and Data Engineering, while ensuring we build with performance, quality, and long‑term scalability in mind. The US Total Target Compensation (TTC) for this position is: (All in $CAD)Zone 1: $148,000 – $179,000 TTC (including $133,200 – $157,520 base salary) + equityZone 2: $133,000 – $161,000 TTC (including $119,700 – $141,680 base salary) + equityThis reflects the compensation target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
