Ensure full compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal cannabis regulations, including ID verification, inventory handling, and reporting requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory management, loss‑prevention practices, and daily operational checklists.

Oversee scheduling, payroll administration, cash management, and opening/closing procedures.

Guest Experience & Community Engagement

Deliver a warm, approachable, and educational guest experience aligned with the brand’s values.

Support product knowledge initiatives, ensuring the team can speak confidently about strains, formats, accessories, and responsible consumption.

Build strong community relationships and represent the location with professionalism.

Drive store performance through merchandising, promotional execution,



KPI management, and data‑driven decisions.

Identify opportunities to increase conversion, basket size, and customer loyalty.

Uphold visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and brand consistency.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience; cannabis experience is an asset but not mandatory.

Robust understanding of cannabis regulations or a willingness to complete all required certifications (e.g., CannSell, SellSafe).

Proven ability to lead teams in a high‑compliance, high‑transaction environment.

Exceptional communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Comfortable multitasking with a hands‑on approach.
