GOFO is a technology-driven last-mile delivery carrier, established in August 2023 and operating across the U.S., Canada, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain. Guided by our philosophy "Drive Efficiency, Deliver Trust", we provide reliable logistics solutions for e-commerce platforms and brand customers. In the U.S., our network spans 47 states with 300+ hubs and stations, reaching over 70% of the population. We are now expanding rapidly across Canada - bringing the same technology-driven, localized delivery service to customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the sortation-center warehouse - including receiving, sorting, and transfer - ensuring smooth, efficient operations and on-time completion of logistics tasks.
- Develop and optimize warehouse processes and standards to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan inventory layout; ensure inventory data accuracy and integrity, and promptly resolve discrepancies and exceptions.
Team Management & Training
- Manage the warehouse team - including recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation, and development - to build an efficient, professional team.
- Organize regular staff training to strengthen skills and service awareness and ensure familiarity with operating procedures and safety standards.
- Allocate tasks and flexibly deploy manpower based on business needs to keep operations running smoothly.
Equipment & Safety Management
- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, racking, sorting equipment, etc.), ensuring proper operation through regular inspection and preventive maintenance.
- Enforce warehouse safety policies and strengthen safety training; ensure staff follow safe operating procedures and prevent accidents.
- Supervise fire, goods, and personnel safety; conduct regular safety inspections and emergency drills to keep operations safe.
Cost Control & Performance Management
- Set the warehouse cost budget and monitor spending; control operating costs through process optimization and efficient use of resources.
- Establish a performance evaluation system, regularly assess and analyze warehouse performance, and drive continuous improvement based on results.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate, timely cost accounting and provide data support for business decisions.
Communication, Coordination & Customer Service
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal departments (procurement, sales, customer service, etc.) to resolve process issues promptly and keep information flowing.
- Maintain close contact with external suppliers, carriers,
and partners to coordinate transportation and delivery, ensuring goods reach customers on time and accurately.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolve issues promptly, improve service quality, and maintain robust customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; a major in logistics management, supply chain management, or warehouse management is preferred.
- At least 2 years of warehouse management experience; team management experience preferred. Familiar with logistics industry operations, with the ability to independently oversee end-to-end operations of an entire warehouse. Hands-on sortation experience is an asset.
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS) and office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong data-analysis skills - able to identify problems and propose solutions through data monitoring and analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate a team toward its goals.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability; stays calm and makes sound decisions in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and accountable, with solid time-management and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
- Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are considered an asset.
- Salary Range: CAD $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
