Overview Our client is seeking a friendly, reliable and responsible Dental Floater/Reception to join their dental practice located at Avenue/Lawrence. The position involves floating and reception duties, and may include some assisting. Software Tracker (experience preferred; training available if needed) Location Avenue/Lawrence Hours Full-time or part-time; flexible schedule 8-5 or 8-6 Alternate Saturday 8-3 Compensation $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance Job Overview / Responsibilities Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner Create a positive first impression and foster long-term patient relationships Schedule and confirm patient appointments by telephone and in person Send appointment confirmations via email and telephone; make follow-up calls/emails Provide patients with information about the dental office and direct calls appropriately Verify procedures, collect payments, and submit insurance claims electronically Receive and distribute mail,



enter and scan payments and referral documents Maintain patient charts and records accurately Monitor supplies and order as needed Coordinate with couriers and labs Ensure reception area and waiting room are clean and tidy Requirements Dynamic, energetic, and professional personality Highly organized, quick learner with analytical thinking and teamwork Excellent command of the English language (oral and written) Ability to multitask, be self-motivated, and work independently Ability to process high volumes of work quickly, efficiently and accurately Please submit resume as a Word document.
