You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement evidence-based interventions and support patients in secure environments. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver holistic, evidence-based nursing care to patients
• Conduct assessments and organize therapeutic interventions
• Document and evaluate patient care interventions




• Collaborate within the inter-professional team effectively
• Model professional leadership and decision-making support
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• One year of recent mental health nursing experience
• Certification in BCLS/HCP is required
• Commitment to complete CNA certification in Psychiatric nursing
• Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and risk assessment
