CBC/Radio-Canada in Toronto is seeking an experienced Assignment Producer to oversee newsgathering and decide what stories to cover, when, how and by whom, with a focus on English Services on-site. This role requires strong editorial judgment, rapid decision-making and breaking-news coordination.
Reporting to the Senior Producer, you will lead multiplatform coverage, chase breaking stories, and mentor staff while upholding CBC’s journalistic standards to serve Toronto and the GTA.
