This two-year contract position offers the chance to engage with IT, HR, and SIR departments. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and document business requirements through collaboration
• Develop user stories and effective ServiceNow workflows
• Conduct workshops to analyze and improve business processes
• Ensure clarity and alignment of requirements with business goals

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow
• Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules for IT, HR, and SIR
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist
