This role ensures the successful delivery of projects related to procurement, logistics, supplier performance, inventory optimization, and production support. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination to align with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and external partners.In your role, you will:- Lead end-to-end supply chain projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget.- Coordinate cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, production, quality, engineering) to ensure project execution and delivery.- Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives, including risk mitigation, capacity planning, and delivery reliability.- Monitor project performance using KPIs (cost, schedule, quality, inventory levels) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.- Identify and manage risks related to supply chain disruptions, including mitigation and contingency planning.- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports.How to thrive in this role?- You have a minimum of five (5)



years of high-quality professional experience in a Project Management role; eight (8) years or morepreferred.- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.- You have strong research & analytical skills with a commitment to rigour and attention to details.- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.- Strong informal leadership and stakeholder management skills.- You have knowledge of the aerospace industry (an asset) or otherwise in a complex manufacturing environment (preferred).- You are able to work in English and French on a daily basis.- You are able to work on site at one of our Montreal facilities at least two (2) days per week, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy.Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
