About The Role
We're opening a brand-current pharmacy in Scarborough and looking for an entrepreneurial, patient-focused Pharmacy Manager to build it from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape a location's culture, team, and patient community from day one — with a genuine path toward partnership for the right person as the business grows.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and staff scheduling
- Build and grow the patient base through strong clinical care and community relationships
- Deliver clinical services including MedsChecks, immunizations, and minor ailment assessments
- Oversee dispensing accuracy, ODB billing, and third-party claims
- Manage inventory, purchasing,
and narcotic/controlled substance records
- Ensure full compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists and Health Canada standards
- Recruit, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff as the location scales
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A)
- Injection certification required
- Prior management or lead pharmacist experience an asset
- Strong clinical, business, and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a new location
- Professional, reliable, and patient-first attitude
