What You'll Be Doing

✨ Define and elevate the visual direction for large-scale digital experiences.

✨ Turn brand strategy into elegant, high-impact digital design.

✨ Build scalable design systems, components, and reusable patterns—not just one-off pages.

✨ Partner with UX, content, marketing, and engineering to bring ideas to life.

✨ Influence how a major brand evolves across its digital channels.

✨ Champion design quality while balancing creativity, consistency, and business goals.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

✔ Has ~10 years of experience in Visual Design,



Digital Art Direction, or Brand Design.

✔ Has a portfolio that immediately stands out—showcasing exceptional craft, conceptual thinking, and beautifully executed digital work.

✔ Sweats the details: typography, hierarchy, colour, layout, motion, and interaction.

✔ Is an expert in Figma and comfortable building scalable component libraries and design systems.

✔ Thinks beyond individual screens and designs for products, platforms, and long-term scalability.

✔ Loves collaborating, presenting ideas, and influencing design decisions.

Bonus Points If You Have...

- Experience working in enterprise or highly regulated environments.
- Worked with marketing websites, CMS platforms, or large-scale digital ecosystems.
- Experience collaborating closely with front-end developers.
- Motion or interaction design skills.
